This website is for healthcare providers, programme owners, consultants and coaches considering a partnership with Swastham. It is not a patient service.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription, and it should not be used in place of a doctor's judgement. In a medical emergency, call 112.
No partnership created
Reading this site or sending the enquiry form does not create a partnership, a licence or a clinical relationship. Any partnership will be set out in a separate written agreement.
Ownership
Swastham owns its technology and the text and design of this website. Programme names and methods shown here, such as Dixit Lifestyle, belong to their owners. You may share links to this site, but not copy its content for commercial use without our written consent.
Acceptable use
Please don't use this site to break the law, to send anything harmful such as malware, to try to get into systems you are not authorised to access, or to submit information you are not allowed to share. Do not include patient-identifiable records in the enquiry form.
Accuracy and links
We work to keep this site accurate, but it describes our services in general terms and may change. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Grievance officer
