The app

What a lifestyle programme looks like when it lives on a patient's phone.

These screens are from the patient app used by Dixit Lifestyle's first cohort: the same app their patients use.

For patients

Everything a patient needs to stay with the programme.

Enrolment and screening

Eligibility criteria written by the programme's doctors. Anyone who may not be suitable is referred to a doctor before they begin.

Daily plan and logging

Meal windows, activity goals and a simple daily log, in the order the programme prescribes.

Programme guidance

Short lessons as reads, audio, interactive exercises and video, from understanding diabetes to reading food labels.

A personal care team

Each patient sees their own health expert and health coach, and can message them or book time with them.

Health readings

Weight, waist, HbA1c, fasting insulin, and fasting and post-prandial blood sugar, recorded and followed over time.

Video consultations

Book and join consultations with the programme's doctors without leaving the app.

Symptom reporting

A quick report of dizziness, a low-sugar feeling, headache, nausea or blurred vision, with a glucose reading and severity. It reaches the care team under the programme's rules.

Programme assistant

Answers general questions about the programme, and says plainly that it is not a source of medical advice.

For coaches and doctors

Tools for the people who run the programme.

Coach dashboard

One place to review the day's logs, reply to patients, notice who is slipping and bring in a doctor, so every coach can look after more patients, well.

Doctor view

Each patient's logs, symptoms and lab values in one place, with red-flag alerts so medicines can be reviewed in time.

Dixit Lifestyle

Dixit Lifestyle: the first programme on Swastham.

Dixit Lifestyle's two-meal approach had already earned a large following in person. Swastham gave it a daily digital home, with coaches and doctors in the loop. Its first cohort is live today.

How the programme runs

The programme's doctors set who can join and when a symptom needs a clinician. Its coaches run the daily check-ins. Patients follow the two-meal plan, log their day, and learn the method through short lessons.

What Swastham provides

  • A patient app built around the Dixit Lifestyle method
  • Coach and doctor tools for daily support
  • Hosting, support and updates

Next step

Start with a twenty-minute conversation.

Tell us about your patients or your programme. We'll listen, show you the app, and tell you candidly whether Swastham is right for you.

No obligation, and no sales pitch.
